Cancellation Policy

For flights cancelled due to weather conditions, mechanical failure or not meeting minimum numbers, passengers will be offered an alternative date or refund.

If flights are cancelled due to any other reason; within 7 days no refund will be offered, more than 7 days a 25% cancellation fee will apply. We recommend you obtain travel insurance prior to travel.

No refund given due to lateness.

Flights delayed within the same day are not considered cancelled and no refund will be given.
